public class ResourceApplicationContext extends org.springframework.context.support.AbstractXmlApplicationContext
A Spring ApplicationContext implementation that works with Spring Resource for config locations.

By default this application does not "start" and requires explicit call to AbstractApplicationContext.refresh().
