Take<(Of <(T>)>) Method (query, tx)
Class Library ► GigaSpaces.Core ► ISpaceProxy ► Take<(Of <(T>)>)(IQuery<(Of <(T>)>), ITransaction)
Take any matching object from the space, blocking until one exists. Return null if the timeout expires.

Generic Template Parameters
T
Type of object to take.
Parameters
query (IQuery<(Of <(T>)>))
The query used for matching.
tx (ITransaction)
The transaction (if any) under which to work.
Return Value
The object taken from the space (null if no match was found).
Exceptions

TransactionExceptionTransaction error occured.
InactiveSpaceExceptionThe space is in backup mode and therefore is not active.
EntryVersionConflictExceptionOperation is rejected as a result of optimistic locking version conflict.
SqlQueryExceptionThe query template is an illegal SqlQuery.
