QuiesceDetails	Represents the quiesce details of the processing unit.
QuiesceRequest	A request which includes all needed information about the quiesce request (e.g reason for entering to QUIESCE mode , the user name which triggered the operation, the time and date and so on)
QuiesceResult	A result of triggering ProcessingUnit.quiesce(QuiesceRequest) or ProcessingUnit.unquiesce(QuiesceRequest) (QuiesceRequest)} The result contains QuiesceToken and description about the request.
